How should a pruner be maintained?
Clean the blade with a dry cloth after each day of pruning. Oil the spring and the axis of the rotating handle daily.
How to clean a pruner that has spent the winter outside?
Brush the pruner with a wire brush or rust eraser. Disassemble the pruner to also clean the parts that are part of the adjustment system. Grease all the parts well. Reassemble the pruner and adjust.
The pruner sticks. What should I do?
Oil the spring and the space between the blade and the counter-blade daily.
Can your tools cut live wires and if so, up to what voltage are they insulated?
Our tools are not made to cut live electrical wires. It is imperative that the wire is de-energized before cutting.
